Franklin Dean Stephens, 73, of Hardwick, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2022. Survivors include his wife of twenty-two years Heden Crispino Stephens of Milledgeville; daughters Bonnie S. Lloyd (Matt) of Rome, and Jennifer Horton of Milledgeville; a sister Finnie Mae Osborne of Sparta; four grandchildren, Sara Pass (Cory), Mari Brennan and Leah Brennan (Cathy), Zach Chesnut (Emily); one great grandchild Elliot Reese Pass; two nieces; one nephew; and a number of cousins.
