City approves code change for boutique hotels

The Milledgeville City Council met July 8 to host two public hearings, leading to the approval of the first step to potentially build 11 boutique hotels at 560 W. Martin Luther King Dr.

Chapco Design Build to construct Take 5 Oil Change

Chapco Design Build has been selected as the general contractor for a new Take 5 Oil Change in Milledgeville. This project is slated to start in July and is anticipated to be completed in four months, opening to customers by late 2025.
