Once again the service clubs of Milledgeville got together to honor veterans. The Milledgeville Garden Club and the Lions Club enjoyed a day helping veterans celebrate. While the Milledgeville Garden Club planted the Veterans Home with red, white and blue blooms, the Lions Club gave the veterans a hot dog cookout donated by Kroger. The MGC thanks Duckworth Farm Supply for generously helping the club as it was able to plant red rose bushes, blue petunias and white verbena. It was a fun day showing appreciation and love to veterans. God bless them. Some gave all and all gave some.
