Rep. Griffin endorses mayor Parham-Copelan for third term

Georgia State Representative, former Georgia State Senator, and former Milledgeville Mayor Floyd L. Griffin, Jr. announced his strong endorsement of Mayor Mary Parham-Copelan for a third term, citing her leadership, dedication to service, and track record of results.

“Mayor Mary Parham-Copelan has demonstrated time and again that she leads with integrity, vision, and a deep commitment to the people of Milledgeville,” said Griffin. “Her leadership has revitalized our city, strengthened our economy, and ensured that all residents have a voice in shaping our future. She has earned the trust of our community, and she has earned another term.”

During her tenure, Parham-Copelan has overseen major improvements to city infrastructure, fostered economic development, enhanced public safety, and expanded community engagement.

“Her ability to navigate challenges while keeping the city moving forward has been a hallmark of her administration.
