Shawn Mercer has joined Queensborough Investments as vice president and wealth planner in the Milledgeville market. Mercer has consultative experience with AG Edward’s, BB&T, Truist, and Ameriprise, where he has served Milledgeville and the various area communities.
Mercer was born and raised in Milledgeville and graduated from Georgia Military College Prep School, Georgia Military College, and Georgia College with a masters in business administration.
Mercer has been in the investment industry since 2001, and attained his Certified Financial Planner designation in 2008.
Mercer is married to Amanda Mercer, and has a daughter, Emma Mercer Stewart. He is a fitness enthusiast and a history buff. He is a member of St. Innocent Orthodox Church in Macon, as well as Sons of the American Revolution.
