GCSU hires first deputy chief of police

    Georgia College & State University (GCSU) swore in Major Brian Freese Aug. 2 as deputy chief of police for Georgia College Department of Public Safety.

    Freese earned his master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of Charleston. He has more than 27 years of public service experience in higher …
