The Exchange Bank Board of Directors and John C. Childs, Jr., president and chief executive officer, promoted Donna Wall to vice president of Loan Administration.
Wall’s career with Exchange Bank began in 2003 as a teller. Over the years, she has excelled in a variety of roles, including loan secretary, customer service representative, administrative assistant, and loan processor.
In 2016, Wall was promoted to supervisor of mortgage and real estate processing. Her leadership journey continued with a promotion to branch supervisor of the Lake Sinclair Branch in 2017, followed by branch manager to loan officer in 2020. In 2022, she was promoted to assistant vice president for loan administration and now takes on the role of vice president.
A 1997 graduate of Georgia Military Prep School, Wall later earned her marketing degree from Georgia College & State University. She has continued to advance her professional expertise through the Community Bankers Association’s Consumer Lending School and its Leadership Academy, Leadership Baldwin, and, most recently, the Georgia Bankers Association Banking School in Athens, where she graduated in 2024.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Waller is an active member of the Milledgeville Exchange Club and is deeply involved in community initiatives that support education, civic leadership, and local families.
“Donna’s dedication, expertise, and leadership have long been an important part of Exchange Bank,” said Childs, Jr. “We are proud to recognize her accomplishments and look forward to her continued contributions to Exchange Bank and our customers.”
