Unknown suspect damages window
On Oct. 19, law enforcement was dispatched to an apartment on West Franklin Street in reference to a potential burglary. The complainant stated the resident contacted him regarding the window screen of the apartment being damaged. The window was broken but only one pane of the window was missing. No broken glass was on the ground below the window....
