Male continues to trespass and threatens homeowners
On May 25, law enforcement responded to a call about trespassing. Upon arrival, law enforcement found a male, identified as Raymond Rudnik, under the carport. According to the report, the victims both advised Rudnik had been in the residence on this date. When the officer spoke with the victims, one stated that stated Rudnik had constantly "tortured" her motherdaily and the other victime stated Rudnik threw acell phone on the roof of the residence. According to the report, a witness stated Rudnik entered the residence and was told by both parties to leave but that he refused and advised he was going to nail the door shut, and burn them up in it. Allegedly, Rudnik smoked methamphetamines, and threatened to kill himself. However, Rudnik did not make any suicidal statements while offficers spoke to hime. One witness stated that she does not want Rudnik to stay under the carport, but he is allowed to because she does not own the carport. According to the report, however, Rudnik had been trespassed from the residence prior. Rudnik was turned over to the hospital for observation before he could be entered into the jail. Two warrants were secured for Rudnick including criminal trespass (misdemeanor) and terroristic threats (felony).
Grill stolen from local business
Law enforcement was dispatched to Westside Mini Storage in reference to a grill being stolen from the front of the business. The complaint stated she set a grill and two lawnmowers out front of the business for advertising purposes. She explained that some of her friends asked her if somebody was selling them and she told them no. Her friends told her there was a female with blonde hair by a gray in color minivan out front. According to the report, she went to the front of the business and saw the grill gone along with the minivan. The grill was a NEXT 4burner grill valued at $100.00 dollars. There is nothing further at this time.
