Milledgeville City Manager Hank Griffeth at a recent council work session introduced Sandra Witherspoon as the new Human Resources Director. Witherspoon has been with the city since 2011, most recently as Human Resources Coordinator. Frederick Morgan (left), most recently in the private sector but retired from the Department of Juvenile Justice, assumed duties as Code Enforcement Officer June 20. And, former state probation and parole officer Robert Bush was recognized by Griffeth. He has been working with the code enforcement office in recent weeks and will continue on a part-time basis for the city. CONTRIBUTED
