City council hears second workforce housing proposal

The Milledgeville City Council met Tuesday to hear the second proposal for the Equity Fund application and Workforce Housing Grant.
Lawson Lawrence, a local builder, presented his proposal for 46 single family homes on Dunlap Road. Each home would be between 1,100-1,600 square feet. He stated prices would range between $182,000 to $273,000 depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. He stres…
