Baldwin County Chief Magistrate Shane Geeter, who sometimes works DUI cases, was arrested Nov. 29 at 8:44 p.m. for driving under the influence, according to the Georgia State Patrol.
“A trooper stopped a white Volvo for the driver failing to maintain lane while driving on Georgia Highway 212. The trooper made contact with the driver, Shane Geeter, and had reason to believe he was under the influence of alcoholic beverages,” Georgia State Patrol told The Baldwin Bulletin in an email.
