Jason Edward Franks was booked at the county jail on Monday, not long after Chandler Bros. Ace Hardware posted a image of him on Facebook stealing a saw from inside the store.
The leads quickly began coming in, and Franks was arrested in short order.
Franks apparently has been busy lately. Along with theft by shoplifting, he was charged with one count of entering auto and three counts of financial transaction card fraud. His jail history dates back to 2004, when he was charged with criminal attempt to commit burglary.
