William “Billy” Maxwell, 85, passed away on May 22, 2026. Williams Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Survivors include his sisters, Janet Thomas, Patricia Coffey, Christine Wray, Marilyn Massie, and Terri Beebe (and Dan); his brother, Timothy Maxwell; and numerous nieces and nephews.
