Willard Owens, 89, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Shirley M. Owens of Milledgeville; son, Tom Owens (Sandy) of Cumming; granddaughters, Laurie and Megan Owens; brother-in-law, Ronald McElheney, sisters-in-law, Vicky Owens of Wisconsin and Brenda M. Miller of Sparta; and many nieces and nephews.
