Julia Odom Chambers, 78, passed away on June 14, 2026. Moores Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. Visitation is set for Saturday, June 20 at 1 p.m. at Westview Baptist Church, while the service will be at 2 p.m. Survivors include her son, Ronald Lamar Chambers (Rebecca); cherished granddaughter, Elizabeth Grace Chambers-Gunvin (Nathan); former husband, Robert Lamar Chambers (Mary); sister-in-love, Myra Odom; nephew, Ed (Lindsay); and treasured friends, Brenda Garland, Betty Purcell, Margie Chapman, Myra Odom, Lutricia Dixon Johnson, and Cheryl Gilbert Larkin. Chambers worked more than 40 years at Exchange Bank.
