Donald Ken Goggans, 71, passed away on June 14, 2026. Moores Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Survivors include his wife, Pam Taylor Goggans, his mother Elaine G. Goggans both of Milledgeville, two sons Walter Goggans, of Mobile, Alabama, and Christopher Goggans of Chicago, Illinois, his daughter Carrie Goggans Brown (Joey) of Atlanta, his brother Gary L. Goggans (Jan) of Athens, two sisters Lindi G. Simmons (George) and Cheryl G. Nix both of Tallahassee, Florida, grandchildren Luke Goggans, Issiah Brown, Elsa Brown, Moett Hunt, Ary Releford and Jessica Relford. Goggans was retired from Central State Hospital.
