A 32-year-old man remains behind bars at the county jail with no bond after being arrested on Aug. 13.
Cody Michael Parker was charged with one count of child molestation and one count of rape. The victim, according to detectives, is Parker’s 8-year-old stepdaughter.
The incidents occurred at the family home in the Capitol Mobile Home Park off of Ga. 49, according to detectives.
In Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office news:
• A man was arrested after “exposing his private parts to the public” in the courthouse parking lot while riding an electric scooter. Reshard Marquis Holloway, 29, was charged with one count of public indecency. A courthouse employee first notified a courthouse deputy and “stated that the subject was waving his private parts at people as they left work.” The deputy then reviewed security footage of the parking lot, and a warrant was signed. Holloway later was spotted riding his scooter along North Columbia Street near Harbor Freight and arrested without incident.

• A Jack’s Family Restaurant employee was arrested after reportedly pocketing money from the cash register beside the drive-thru. Lamia Hughey, 24, was charged with misdemeanor theft by taking.
• A theft by taking warrant was issued for Amy Nichole Hill, listed with an Eatonson address. Hill is accused of stealing a $549 electric bicycle from North Wilkinson Street.
• Thefts, break-ins and/or entering autos were reported in the 500 block of East Montgomery Street and the 2300 block of Anthony Way.
