Men bring their heehaw Sandersville drama to Baldwin

Two men were arrested outside of Ned Kelly’s/Capital City in downtown Milledgeville early Saturday morning and charged with felony terroristic threats and acts.

Eric Jason Lee Walker, 46, and Richard Collin Waller, 21, were booked at the county jail.

Walker and Waller were “acting in a loud and boisterous manner” when officers arrived. In typical Ned Kelly’s/ Capitol City fashion, Walker had “actively tried to get back in the bar” after being kicked out by bouncers the first time.

A third suspect was then detained and identified as Cyler Eugene Bloodworth, 21, also of Sandersville. A bouncer relayed to officers that Bloodworth kicked a hole in the wall.

More interviews were conducted, and one bar-goer told officers that Walker “threatened to kill him,” according to the incident report. The same bar-goer added that Waller made similar threats the previous weekend at Ned Kelly’s/ Capital City. A bouncer corroborated that part of the story, adding that Waller “also threatened to rape (the bar-goer’s) mother and his (girlfriend),” according to the incident report. Waller also is accused of telling the bar-goer “If I see you around Sandersville, I’m gonna kill you,” alongside “I’d better not see you in Sandersville.”

Bloodworth, the alleged wall kicker, ultimately was charged with one count of second degree criminal damage to property.
