Joseph Rogers Mills, Jr., 67, passed away on June 21, 2026. Williams Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Survivors include his step-daughters, Rita Toulson and Gloria Batchelor; his step-sons, Terry Reynolds and Robert Reynolds; his nephews, James Reynolds, Thomas Reynolds and Jimmy Reynolds; and his nieces, Debbie Reynolds, Martha Reynolds, Dorothy Mills Wright, and James Mills.
