Robert E. 'Sonny' Poole, 88, of Putnam County, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024. Survivors include his wife, Shirley McLeroy Poole; daughter, Scarlett Martin Goddard (Nick) of Eatonton; son, Mark L. Poole (Kim) of Stockbridge; grandchildren, Katie Lauren Murphy of Milner, Kassie McClain of Milledgeville; Noah Goddard of Eatonton, James Robert Lewis, Jr. of Lousianna and Marky Lewis of Florida.
