Arthur Clarence Miller, Jr., 77, of Milledgeville, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023. Survivors include his wife, Myrtle S. Miller; children, Bobbi Jo Gibert (Caston), Teri L. Collins (James), William Donald Miller, Jr., Steven Ray Miller (Michelle), Eric M. Miller; 14 grandchildren, three great grandchildren; and aunts, Ann Boyer and Betty Wilcher.
