GMC Prep School student attends West Point STEM camp

Out of the 1,200 rising ninth and tenth grade students from across the country that applied, only 120 applicants were chosen to attend the United States Military Academy - West Point’s STEM Camp this summer. Out of those 120, Georgia Military College Prep School’s very own Danica Resha was selected!

Watson Plumbing open for plumbing problems

Watson Plumbing, a local business on Gray Highway, is a small family- owned plumbing business that offers a relaxed and friendly experience. Johnny Watson, the owner of Watson Plumbing, said they are a small local business open to help people with their plumbing issues.

The plumber has also started the County Line Auction, a place for people to go to buy and sell things. He said the auction is open for anyone, but he doesn’t want guns or alcohol on the premises. He said he wants to keep the environment clean and friendly.
