Four teens arrested for casing vehicles

Four teenagers, including two who recently turned 17, have been charged after a series of entering autos late last week on Pine Needle Road.Moriah Anthony Nelson and Tyrell Antwon Rhodes each was charged with eight counts of entering auto. The other two suspect are juveniles.
