Update on driver who flipped car into World Hi-Fi parking lot

On Nov. 2, law enforcement responded to a call about a collision on North Columbia Street. Officers on-scene found driver, Jacob Godwin, trapped in an overturned vehicle in the World Hi-Fi parking lot.
