Georgia Department of Transportation contractor Reeves Construction Company will begin resurfacing Highway 212 in Baldwin County this week
This $2 million road improvement project spans 10.7 miles from the Baldwin-Putnam County line to the 212 intersection with Highway 22.
Drivers along this route can expect single-lane closures, flagging and pilo car operations in the areas where crews are concentrated during the work day Wait for the pilot car when stopped, and give workers room to do their jobs safely when traveling through th work zone.
Weather permitting, repaving should be complete by the end of this month or early June.
