    The developers of the new Hilton Hotel and Conference Center were at Milledgeville City Hall earlier this week, explaining their plans to members of the Planning & Zoning Commission.

    If all goes accordingly, a groundbreaking would be held this summer, most likely in August, with construction expected to last 22 months.
