Food Depot employee clocks co-worker in the head with can

CRIME BLURBS

A Food Depot employee was arrested on Sunday afternoon after reportedly throwing a soda can at another employee's head.

Brittany Diane Odom, 38, was charged with one count of battery and initially denied bond.

The can caught the other employee in the cheek, and a Milledgeville Police Department officer “observed a bruise forming on (the victim's) cheek,” according to the incident report.

The soda can toss was preceded by an argument about “signs that were incorrect” inside the grocery store.
