The Exchange Bank Board of Directors and John C. Childs, Jr., president and chief executive officer, promoted Julia Little to loan compliance officer.
Little joined Exchange Bank in 2022 as a loan compliance specialist, bringing nearly 18 years of banking experience.
She began her career at First National Bank of the South as a teller and advanced her expertise across branch operations, mortgage, consumer, and commercial loan processing. Most recently, Little served as a mortgage loan processor with Crescent Mortgage Company.
A graduate of Georgia College & State University, Little earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She also graduated in 2017 from the Georgia Bankers Association (GBA) Banking School at the University of Georgia and is currently attending the GBA Compliance School.
Little is married to Baldwin County Commissioner and local musician Scott Little.
Together, they have a 5 year old daughter, Emma Kate, and enjoy being active members of the community.
“This promotion is a recognition of Julia’s strong performance and the value she brings to our team,” said Childs, Jr. “She has consistently demonstrated her professionalism and attention to detail, and we are proud to recognize her.”
