MPD’s Boyer named chairman of GSIN

Major Linc Boyer was selected as Chairman of the Georgia State Intelligence Network (GSIN). Boyer was elected as a GSIN board member in June 2022 and officially assumed the role of chairman effective January 22, 2026, following the conclusion of the GSIN Winter Conference at Young Harris. “Major Boyer is well known throughout our community for his dedication to service and going above and beyond to help our citizens. I am proud of the accomplishments of Major Boyer within GSIN and in his everyday work he does here in Milledgeville,” said Milledgeville Police Department Chief Dray Swicord, a long-standing member of GSIN.
