Georgia Military College welcomed hundreds of Junior College and Prep School alumni back to its main campus in Milledgeville for Alumni Weekend.
The weekend was filled with celebration, bringing together alumni from all over the nation to engage in a series of signature events including the Alumni Golf Tournament, Alumni Parade and Knock Out Drill, a Tour of its Presidential Town Hall with the 22 President of GMC Maj. Gen. Terrence J. McKenrick, U.S. Army (Retired), campus tours, and a variety of class reunions. Alumni enjoyed reconnecting with old friends, meeting current students, and honoring the legacy of leadership and service that defines Georgia Military College.
One of the highlights of the weekend was the Alumni Awards Brunch, where GMC honored the recipients of the 2025 Alumni Awards. Each of these distinguished individuals exemplifies GMC’s core values of duty, honor, and love of country, and their achievements reflect the very best of the GMC tradition.

“Each of these honorees embodies what it means to be part of the Georgia Military College family, serving others, striving for excellence, and leading with integrity,” said Anna Walker, senior vice president of Advancement and executive director for the GMC Foundation.
“Their accomplishments inspire our current students and remind us of the lasting impact a GMC education can have.”
The festivities expanded into community events where everyone enjoyed lively performances by The Andrew Brothers Dueling Pianos and The Mike Veal Band.
