Griffin Jr. Street, Milledgeville More Info: Georgia’s Old Capital Heritage Center at The Depot welcomes Ashley Quinn. Come learn about the masonry headstones and sculptures created by Eldren M. Bailey, a black folk artist from Atlanta whose art is created in concrete, plaster, and paint. Examples of her art are found scattered predominantly in the Atlanta and surrounding area cemeteries.
