Greene St. More info: Join Georgia Military College for the 30th Will Robinson Memorial Race, proudly sponsored by the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia Military College Alumni Association. This annual event honors the memory of Deputy Will Robinson, a Georgia Military College alumnus who tragically lost his life in the line of duty. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

Griffin Jr. Street, Milledgeville More info: Georgia’s Old Capital Heritage Center at The Depot welcomes Ashley Quinn. Come learn about the masonry headstones and sculptures created by Eldren M. Bailey, a black folk artist from Atlanta whose art is created in concrete, plaster, and paint. Examples of her art are found scattered predominantly in the Atlanta and surrounding area cemeteries.

Come out and hear the history of mental health treatment and Central State Hospital, once the world’s largest mental institution, told through photographs of the decaying buildings by award-winning photographer, CSH historian, and author of Seeking Asylum.
