The Morris-Little American Legion Family will be hosting their 22nd annual chicken dinner fundraiser, blood drive and car/ truck/motorcycle show on April 25, at 231 Log Cabin Road, Milledgeville.
The car show will feature cars brought in from all over the South and from other auxiliary members for attendees and car enthusiasts to enjoy. Registration is 9 a.m.to noon, and awards will begin at 3 p.m. Car show registration is $25 per car the day of the event.
Awards will be given out for the car/truck/motorcycle show in categories such as Top 35, Best Paint, Best Interior, Best Engine, Best Pre-War Vehicle and Specialty vehicle. The first 50 cars to register will also receive a dash plaque for their vehicle.
Participants MUST be present to win all car show awards.
Life South will be on hand starting at 10 a.m. for blood donations.
Chicken dinners will be available starting at noon for those who pre-purchase a ticket. There will be limited chicken dinner tickets available onsite for $12 each.
These events help to fund projects such as Post Upkeep, Wreaths Across America, Christmas Gift Shop and Christmas Gift Wrap at Georgia War Veterans Home and Georgia Boys State and Girls State programs.
